Usage of Photos & Videos, Insurance, and Late Fees
1. Usage of Photos & Videos
All images and video content captured by William Antonio Studio are the intellectual property of the photographer/videographer and are protected under copyright law. Clients receive a license to use the final edited images and videos as outlined in their contract.

Client Usage Rights: Clients may use the delivered images and videos for personal or commercial purposes as agreed upon in their service contract.

Photographer Usage Rights: William Antonio Studio reserves the right to use any images or video content for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the shoot.

RAW/Unedited Files: RAW or unedited photos and videos are not provided to clients unless explicitly agreed upon in the contract with an additional payment. All delivered images will be professionally edited to maintain the studio’s artistic standards.

Unauthorized Use: Clients may not edit, alter, sell, or distribute images without explicit permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
2. Insurance & Liability
William Antonio Studio takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and professional environment during all sessions. However:

We are not responsible for personal injuries, damage to personal property, or unforeseen incidents occurring during a shoot, whether on location or in the studio.

Clients are responsible for securing their own insurance coverage if required.

In the event of equipment failure, weather disruptions, or other uncontrollable circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
3. Late Fees & Cancellations
We value both our clients' time and our own. To ensure smooth scheduling and professionalism:

Late Arrivals: If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, a late fee of $100 will be charged. If a client is more than one hour late, the session may be canceled without a refund.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit or additional fees.

No-Shows: If a client does not show up for their scheduled session without prior communication, the full session fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
