What is the booking process like?
The booking process is seamless. Once you decide on the type of photography or videography service you need, you can contact us via our website, email, or phone to schedule a consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your vision, timeline, budget, and any special requests to ensure a smooth creative process.
What is the turnaround time for receiving photos and videos?
Turnaround time varies depending on the scope of the project. On average:

What is the cancellation & refund policy?
To ensure clarity, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Booking Confirmation: A project is confirmed once the deposit is received.

independent Contractors: Any makeup artists, hair stylists, wardrobe stylists, assistants, or models hired externally are independent contractors and not covered by our refund policy.

Cancellation by William Antonio Studio: In the rare event that William Antonio Studio must cancel a shoot without rescheduling, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made. Refunds may take 14-21 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the scheduled shoot date. If your project is scheduled within a short timeframe, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
What if I arrive late to the photoshoot?
Punctuality is important to keep production on schedule. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will incur a $100 late fee. If the delay exceeds one hour, the shoot may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion, subject to availability and additional fees.
Do you provide raw (unedited) photos?
Raw, unedited photos are not provided, unless explicitly agreed upon in the contract with an additional fee. Our work represents a refined artistic vision, and all images are delivered professionally edited to maintain the studio’s brand standards.
Can I bring my own team of hair and makeup artists, stylists, and models to the photoshoot?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own creative team. However, William Antonio Studio is not responsible for any independent contractors you hire. If needed, we can also provide recommendations for trusted industry professionals.
